What Can Be Seen in the Companies House Register
Using the company number, you can open the UK Ltd record and see its current status, registered office, filing history, officers, PSC, charges and other available sections. For a ready-made or vintage company, this immediately shows the original incorporation date and the history of filed documents.
Filing history contains accounts, confirmation statements, address changes, director changes and other documents filed for the company. If an ordinary printout is not sufficient, Companies House can also issue a certified copy of a specific document or an official certificate with certified facts.
