Good Standing is an official Companies House certificate for a UK Ltd, used by banks, notaries, counterparties, tender platforms and foreign registries when an ordinary online extract is not sufficient.
The certificate can confirm the name and company number, registered office, director details and other available official data. For a vintage UK Ltd, Good Standing is particularly useful as a document linking the active company to its original incorporation date.
